| A leading figure in the dance world for the past
four decades, Mr. Lewis performed with The José
Limón Dance Company, assisted Martha Hill at
Juilliard, was a professor at Amherst College, and
was most recently founding Dean of the Dance
Department at The New World School of the Arts in
Miami. Mr. Lewis is also the published author of two
